    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I just want to weigh in on this matter. It is evident that teachers' medical scheme is recovered from their salaries every month. Diseases cannot wait for release of the Exchequer so teachers pay from their salary every month. What measures has TSC taken to ensure that the service providers are paid on time? So, that our teachers and their dependents access medical cover seamlessly. Thank you, Hon. Speaker."
