    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, we have a heavy agenda ahead of us. We have to deliver a Constitution to this country. If we start on this note, of showing very active disagreement on a matter that we ought to have come here united, then we are sending the wrong signals, contrary to what you said yesterday! I want to urge that we bring this to a quick end so that we withdraw and consult. That will enable us to come up with a list that is acceptable to both sides of the House, taking into account all the issues raised by hon. Members, so that we can be able to move forward as a united House. That is because, if we lose even one single hon. Member, the process of reforms that we have embarked on gets into jeopardy. I want to urge the leaders of the parties, their Whips and everybody else to come to the centre so that we move as a Parliament and deliver what this country expects us to do."
