    "content": "Mr. Temporary Chairman, Sir, I beg to move- THAT, Clause 2 of the Bill be amended by inserting the following new definitions in proper alphabetical sequence— “family” means— (a) the spouse, dependent child or parent of a public officer; (b) a dependent child of the spouse of a public officer; or (c) a parent of the spouse of a public officer; “relative” means a person who is related to a public officer by birth, marriage, adoption or affinity; “undeclared asset” means any asset that is not disclosed in the prescribed manner in any declaration year. Generally, Mr. Temporary Chairman, Sir, this is in regard to what we refer to as “undeclared asset” which has ably been explained in the Order Paper."
