    "content": "I do not know whether the children of Sen. Wakili Sigei have reached the age of 18 years, but I doubt. They are paying taxes, why would you want to stifle their lives or to align their lives to be in line with the life of the State officer? Even the President's, Vice-President’s, Senators and the governor's spouses, children and relatives have a right to live in this country and do their business, including your children, Mr. Temporary Chairperson. This thing is undermining not only the African Culture, but even the religion and our way of life. I totally oppose it."
