    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, we have had a whole year. Yesterday, we even heard the Speech from Government. The list of the legislative agenda that was indicated to us, most of it is normal mundane Government business. We hardly see serious reforms from the leadership of the Grand Coalition. We want to tell the House Business Committee, once constituted, to understand that Kenyans expect reforms. They should not become a roadblock to new Bills, which are supposed to move this country forward. Usually, when they are prioritizing business of the House, they start with things that do not make any difference in the lives of Kenyans. They are only very keen on bringing more supplementary funds for normal Government operations. They were even suggesting that they stop funding ongoing development projects."
