    "content": "There is no problem, why are you mad? Mr. Speaker, you need to protect us. We are not in a market. We must do things as per the law and the Standing Orders. Standing Order No.68 provides that amendments must be in writing and be supplied to Members early enough. This is what our Standing Orders say. I do not have a problem with the amendment. However, I have a problem on the procedure of moving an amendment. We cannot allow backdoor amendments to the original Motion."
