    "content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, from the outset, I rise to support the Social Protection Bill (National Assembly Bills No.12 of 2025) based on Articles 54, 56 and 57. Those Articles state that persons with disabilities are entitled to be treated with dignity and respect. Therefore, their rights must be protected. Of essence is their economy, well- being and welfare, access to health, materials and devices for the persons with disability."
