"content": "Pursuant to Paragraph 3 of the First Schedule, the selection of nominees is dealt with as provided under the following sub-paragraphs:- “ 4) After carrying out the interviews, the Selection Panel shall select three persons qualified to be appointed as Chairperson and 13 persons qualified to be appointed as members of the Commission and shall forward these names to the President for nomination of one person for appointment as the Chairperson and eight persons for appointment as members. (5) The President shall forward the list of nominees to the National Assembly for vetting and approval."
