The Ministry will chip in, in form of teachers. That is if you have registered the schools. Otherwise, we have devolved funds in form of Constituencies Development Fund (CDF) and Local Authorities Transfer Fund which can help in upgrading the standard of education in your constituency. Use those funds. We shall also come in if you put up a new school."
