    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I rise to seek a Ministerial Statement from the Ministry of State for Provincial Administration and Internal Security. On the night of 21st and 22nd February, 2009, over 300 head of cattle were stolen from Archers Post area of Samburu East, and driven to Sinyero towards Isiolo North District. During the raid, two children were abducted, namely Didkra Learpora aged between 12 years and 13 years, and Naktuk Lekoloi of the same age. On the night of 22nd and 23rd February, 2009, raiders stole 50 head of cattle belonging to the Imer Community in Isiolo District, and, allegedly, drove them towards Samburu East District. I would like to seek the following clarifications."
