"content": " Mr. Speaker, Sir, the Government views this matter with the seriousness that it obviously deserves. I do not want to anticipate debate, but I am sure that the hon. Member for Budalang'i would be pleased to know that on 12th and 13th, March, 2009 a high powered Kenyan Delegation--- I would like to imagine that he will be in that delegation. The Minister for Foreign Affairs will lead that delegation to Uganda in order to resolve this matter once and for all. I think that there is a lot of goodwill across the board, and a decision has been taken that all the members bordering Uganda, will be part of that delegation."
