    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, as we go on recess, we are going home to a country that is hungry and angry. I am asking the Government, since I come from the bread basket of Kenya - Trans Nzoia produces about 10 million bags of maize--- All we are asking the Government is to give farmers the necessary ammunition, so that we can fight hunger. Those are our foot soldiers. They are ready and preparing their farms. All they are waiting for is fertiliser that is affordable."
