    "content": "We are also asking the Government--- It introduced a system of ploughing where tractors, through a partnership with the Government of Italy, can plough at an affordable price of Kshs1,800. We are asking the Government to re-look at that proposal. Since it is a grant, they will not be paying for the tractors. The tractors will be using only about Kshs500 to plough an acre and, probably, offer other services. We are asking the Government to make that ploughing per acre at Kshs1,500 to enable the farmers produce more. If that is done, hunger will be a thing of the past."
