    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I am requesting you that in future, this Chamber should be re-done so that those people who would like to take their notes on their computers can have a place to place them. That is because right now, we have only a bar where we can place our feet. But we need places where we can place our laptops in Parliament and deal with the matters of the world. I am requesting that, as you continue with your very resourceful and indigenous ideas of revitalising this Parliament, that the Chamber should be done in such a way that we shall be able to use even our laptops when we are here."
