"content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I want to take this opportunity to say that it is an opportune time for us to follow up on some of the projects that we have given money, through the Constituencies Development Fund (CDF). We need to find out how far those projects have reached. We have had a very busy schedule and we have not had time to go and assess how the projects are being implemented. So, we would like to take the opportunity to go and issue more cheques to constituencies and, at the same time, see what is happening with the projects that we have been supporting."
