    "content": "We are initiating, in the Ministry of Medical Services, a major modernisation process for our hospitals. As you well know in this House, many Questions have been asked about facilities and services in our hospitals, and noting too that for about 25 years, there has been no major investment in our hospitals; we have fallen behind in equipment and technology. Given the fact that this equipment technology is now available globally cost effectively, we should not fail to provide effective services to our people, just because we are behind in the achievement of modernisation."
