    "content": "When our recess was cut short, it was for a purpose. We came back with various things to do. The agenda was not long, but it was intense. Several weeks later, we have made some progress, but not as much as we would have desired. That, in itself, does not mean that all is lost. I can assure my friends, who know some of the things we were involved in, that we did them to our level best. We feel that, perhaps, it is time to take a break, reflect on past things, and come back with ideas on how to proceed."
