    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, as a Government Minister, I want to support this Motion of adjournment because, indeed, most of us have been tied up in Nairobi in various Committees. My Ministry also does not operate at the headquarters only. Indeed, last week, we did sign an agreement with the Africa Development Bank on how to revamp our technical institutes around the country, and how to get some new ones started. We do not want to do things in a haphazard manner."
