    "content": "It is my intention to spend part of the time I will get for recess to visit various areas where we have technical institutes to satisfy myself that they are, indeed, working in the manner they are supposed to work in. If some of them require more support, I need to see for myself, and satisfy myself that, indeed, the support that will go there is important. This is the time when Government works on the next Budget. As a Minister, I do not want to support the officers to submit a Budget I am not sure of what it is going to do. So, personally, and on behalf of my Ministry, I really need the recess to be able to visit as many parts of the country as possible."
