    "content": "Certainly, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, we have drought and famine in this country. Those are issues that require our presence in the constituencies, so that we can be able to help others who are engaged, perhaps, in famine relief and all those kind of things, so that we can be able to sit with our people. It is also important, as the speaker before me has said, that we are now in the planting season. It is important for us to encourage our people in the constituencies to put a lot of land under cultivation and, indeed, ensure that they plant as much as they can. That is one of the things that contributed to having difficulties this year in terms of food sufficiency."
