    "content": "But having said that, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I think that one of the challenges that we need to take up is the issue of irrigation. I think we need to look at that issue during our break and, more so, in terms of water harvesting. That is because we have a lot of water that is going to waste. If we are able to harvest water in our constituencies, and it is not hard, certainly, we will be able to increase our food production. That will reduce our problems come next year."
