    "content": "It is important that we also continue giving them hope because any moment that they think they have been forgotten, that will not be very helpful for this country. I think that is important because we have the Minister of Education. We need to realize that we now have families and young pupils educational life that has been disrupted completely because of that IDP phenomenon. It is also important to think of what programmes we can have in place, so that we can address issues that come very quickly, but are not obvious. There are those pupils who were sitting for their Standard VIII and Form IV examinations in 2007 in those IDP areas and, certainly, they performed poorly! What are we doing as a country? How are we responding as a Ministry?"
