    "content": "We have had debates in this House where you saw a Minister of Government supposedly bound by collective responsibility, attacking another Minister on the Floor of the House shamelessly, and addressing issues which should be addressed in the Cabinet. I think we also mislead our population and we send them wrong signals. They do not know who is in the Government and who is in the Opposition. Therefore, in the spirit of collective responsibility, let us show Kenyans the right way to go, depending on where we stand. Some of us have actually castigated the Government which they are serving. It is unfortunate that some of us do that; I think it is critical that if you are not happy with the people you are serving, then you should take a walk, so that others, who are waiting in the periphery, can serve."
