    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, we need to bring back sanity, and give Kenyans hope, so that we are able to steer this country to great heights of prosperity. I do know that there are some issues which are unresolved, including that about the Internally Displaced People (IDPs) in the camps. I want to plead with all hon. Members to help in terms of alleviating the suffering of the people we lead. It is important that we all address national issues collectively, and that we do not use the Floor of the House, in presence of cameras - that includes myself - to discredit other hon. Members."
