    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I want to ask the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Finance that when he prepares the next Budget, he must look at the Ministry of State for Development of Northern Kenya and other Arid Lands. This Ministry was created as a result of the problems, historical marginalization and discrimination in terms of resource allocation. We are requesting the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Finance to allocate a lot of resources to that Ministry."
