    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, the issue of IDPs has been with us for a long time. It is a pity that one year down the line, we are still far from satisfying them. These people were displaced because of exercising their democratic rights. I would suggest that we put aside the programmes that are not of urgent nature, so that we re-settle and uplift the lives of the IDPs in various camps throughout the country. We must consider the plight of children in these camps because they are not able to go to school."
