    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, let me touch on the issue of extra-judicial killings, which has been the pet subject of the country as of now. I really appreciate the fact that the United Nations (UN) special rapporteur is in Kenya. I am among the people who are hoping against hope that the recommendations that will come from this person will be embraced by the Government with a view to implementing them. It is very sad that one day after I introduced the Motion, I received threats. It was not good. I hope this country will not go through that kind of thing."
