    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, there is also Central Province which has very hard working Kenyans! The only thing they lack is water. I would suggest to the Government that, instead of waiting to spend Kshs10 billion or Kshs15 billion or Kshs20 billion to give Kenyans relief food in the coming years, it is time now the Government should use those resources to get water to the people to do irrigation in this country. Rwanda and Burundi are smaller than Eastern Province by size and yet, we do not hear what we are facing in this country happening there. The population is growing and there is no way that this Government, or whichever Government will be in power, will be able to feed the citizens of this country by importing food."
