    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, the way the Constituencies Development Fund (CDF) is disbursed, as one Member has said, is not right. This is because we have only received half of the amount while we are almost through with the Financial Year 2008/2009. Some of us had started capital projects and we had anticipated to get that money so that we could pay the contractors. I expect that, that will change and we shall get our disbursement quickly."
