    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. I am very reluctant to support this Motion. As a matter of fact, I was debating whether I was going to oppose it. We were called four weeks ago to attend to matters of national importance. But what we have ended up with is a disaster. We have gone from one disaster to another. We have come across the maize and fuel scandals. I do not know what other scandals are coming. The situation is that politics has taken over. What should have been a committee--- We had elected this committee to come up with some names, but we find the same committee breaking up. There is a lot of dirty politics. This is politics of political survival and not development."
