    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I would like to oppose this amendment by hon. Shakeel and allow the number to be retained as it is in the current Bill because of the obvious reasons that the Assistant Minister has given and also because in such appointments, we need to reflect the diversity of the country. Many other issues will also come up. So we should give the appointing authority an opportunity to reconcile the country and make it more united. Otherwise, it may be difficult to work in the manner in which hon. Shakeel is suggesting."
