    "content": "Officers from the NEMA visited the site and, indeed, confirmed that the dump site was not being managed in an appropriate and environmentally sound waste management manner. Consequently, the Limuru Municipal Council was instructed by NEMA to either immediately cease open-burning at the site or construct a proper incinerator as per the guidelines of the Environmental Management and Coordination, Waste Management Regulations of 2006."
