At the same time, note that, he has said that the waste there is hazardous and that the burning of the waste is producing air pollutants. He is also saying that he has given two options to the municipal council; to either get proper waste disposal methods or construct an incinerator. In the meantime, because they are still continuing to burn this waste, what immediate steps has he taken to ensure that this does not continue?"
