    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I thank the Minister for the answer she has given us. Could the Ministry speed up the process of compensation? Could she also inform the House when these people will be paid their compensation so that they can forget about this money and go back to their farms to concentrate on their farming and other business? They are still waiting for whatever they were promised by the Government. Some were promised fertilizer, seeds and even tractors to plough their land last year. When those machines were provided, they did not have time. Could the Minister give this House the specific date when these people will be paid?"
