    "content": " On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I just want to reiterate what Mr. Wetangula said. When you were consulting with the Clerk-at-the-Table, an hon. Member suggested that, because the Committee interviewed some people, those people are known. I want to submit that if the House for any reason rejects the list proposed by its own Committee, then the matter will go back to the Committee to discuss again and propose another list of names. But there cannot be any substitution on the Floor of the House, because the House has no idea what kind of candidates were there."
