    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I personally went to see the Speaker in the company of Ms. Odhiambo and Mr. Olago. The advice of the Speaker was that we go name by name, and if we are not satisfied, then we delete a particular name, but your ruling is contradictory. In my Motion, I had requested that this matter be referred back to the Committee. Secondly, I do not find it in order for this House to be converted into a recruitment agency. That should be done by the Committee."
