    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, in opposing the list presented by the Chairman of the Parliamentary Select Committee, I wish to make it abundantly clear that the Committee comprises of very eminent Members of this House and their choice of persons presented may have been based on facts that were not within their knowledge at the time they were making the list. I wish to say this about Mr. Miller, whose name is proposed for the chairmanship. First, Mr. Miller's inclusion as the chairman, must have been based on concealment of material facts.
