I cannot imagine any situation where you say, a professional discharging his duties, by the very fact that he or she is appointed to serve on a Committee, automatically creates a conflict of interest. How? In the interviews, issues as to whether Mr. Miller was a lawyer for hon. Mungatana or not never arose. The quality of answers depended on the quality of questions."
