    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I want to urge that, in the spirit of bipartisanship that we have created in this House; in the spirit of bipartisanship that we demonstrated when we debated the National Accord; in the spirit of bipartisanship that brought the President and the Prime Minister sit with us to set the ball rolling, we approve this list and embark on the process of registering voters without the 1.2 million dead voters that voted and brought us problems and get this country on the avenue of development. I urge the House, with the greatest humility, to support this list so that we can move to the next level."
