    "content": "Secondly, we have many boarding schools in Kajiado that are meant to facilitate children from nomadic regions. I support this amendment because it will favour children, specifically during movement. I agree with Hon. Kagiri that this is the right direction. Let the money remain in the Ministry of Education because we must cluster education together with ASAL regions. Coming from Kajiado, this will be a beneficial attachment when it goes to the Ministry of Education."
