    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Chairman. The Report of the Committee showed questions by the Departmental Committee on Education. I also had a meeting with the Cabinet Secretary for Education last week, and he complained about the amount of money being provided for capitation. Can the Chairman of the Committee confirm to the House whether we are allocating enough money for our children to enable them get basic education, and whether there is enough money to conduct examinations for our children? We amended the Basic Education Act and made sure that national exams are free. Let the Chairman confirm to us whether the money is enough."
