    "content": " Let me start with the exam fee. The Government is currently engaged. As a House, we allocated Ksh5.9 billion for exams, knowing very well that it is not enough. We need about Ksh11 billion for examinations. But we know that the exams are not administered at once. There will be preparations for the exams and logistics. Payment of examiners will come later. I am sure that with Ksh5.9 billion, we can start the process. In the course of the year, other resources will be provided."
