    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Chairman. I beg to differ with my colleague. One of the areas where the National Government does tremendous job is electricity connectivity. We know what is happening in the Rural Electrification and Renewable Energy Corporation (REREC) and Kenya Power. However, in matters of the Last Mile Connectivity, the National Government must play a bigger role. County governments are overwhelmed with the services they render."
