    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I stand here to defend the right of every hon. Member of this House to be heard. We will vote, and I am sure we will carry the day. I support this Motion, but there is a dangerous trend in this House where, when we do not want to hear certain views, we are very quick to move that the Mover be called upon to reply. We are asking you to re-consider your decision in the sense that a while earlier, you reduced the time for hon. Members speaking from ten minutes to five minutes, because you had thought, and correctly so, that there was a lot interest on this subject by members, including myself, who want to speak on this debate. However, immediately thereafter, you were kind of forced to call upon the Mover to reply. Could you, kindly, allow us to debate this matter?"
