    "content": " Hon. Temporary Chairman, thank you very much for that protection. Indeed, this is a policy issue. I must say that it is unfortunate that, that Board has not been properly funded to function. They had asked us for about Ksh500 million, but we were only able to give them Ksh50 million to begin their activities. I am sure that in the successive budgets, we will be able to see what we can add. I want to confirm to the House that the Board has Ksh50 million in this Budget. We believe that is enough for them to begin operations. Thank you."
