    "content": "We are just coming from an election-instigated violence last year. The elections had violence because the stakes were very high. What made the stakes very high was the distribution of resources and positions in this country. It is in the interest of this country that each and every region gets its rightful share. We have relevant data in this country that can enable us work out the relevant share of each region. It is important that we be seen to engage in an affirmative action that ensures that each and every region of this country is not left behind in matters of positions and resource distribution."
