We discovered that most of the countries that were initially in EPAs are retracting, because they have discovered loopholes. The discovery actually seems to have come from their own parliaments. What plans does the Assistant Minister have to bring some of these initiatives, and particularly the EPAs, to the House, so that the House can ventilate the issue and advise accordingly?"
