    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, we do not use the expansiveness of a district or a constituency to put up a police post or a police station. What we go for is the population and, secondly, the crime rate within an area. For example, my area can be so expansive and elaborate and yet, the criminal activities are minimal. So, we cannot be forced to put up a police post there and then leave an area which is not expansive, but has a very high criminal rate. So, those are some of the areas that we look into."
