    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, while I appreciate that this, indeed, is an important road and that it passes through Iten to Kapsowar and goes through all the important districts like Marakwet District which is about 23 kilometres, I also wish to state that the Ministry recognises its importance. We have had a proposal from the District Roads Committee (DRC) to upgrade the road from Class \"B\" to Class \"C\" which also signifies the importance of the road."
