Member that indeed there are times when we give undertakings in the House but because the Ministry does not do the actual construction and that we have to rely on contractors who act on a given contract, then sometimes there could be a variance between what we say and what is available. However, as a Ministry, we are doing everything possible to ensure that the contracts are done on time and within the specified contract period."
